Automatic Data Capture - By utilizing the latest in barcode technology, forms recognition, OCR and zonal OCR technology, we can quickly and accurately capture the required information for your indexing needs.

Manual Data Entry - With poor quality and/or handwritten documents it is not always possible to automatically capture index information and manual data entry may be the most cost effective solution for you instead.

We can offer data entry services from two sources; It can be performed in-house, at our offices, or alternatively can be shipped off-shore to our secure partners in India for cost benefits. Your decision for this, however, can obviously depend on the sensitivity of the documents to be indexed.

Our infrastructure includes the ability to enter data from digital or micrographic records. We insist on 100% inspection by our quality control department to ensure the most accurate reproduction of legible characters.
